3 CL RED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE,
3 CL CRANBERRY JUICE,
A SPRAY OF SODA,
CRUSHED MANDARIN,
GRAPEFRUIT AND LIME

MINT LEAVES, ROOT GINGER AND FRESH FRUIT

PREPARATION

CRUSH THE MANDARIN TOGETHER WITH THE GRAPEFRUIT AND THE LIME, FILL THE GLASSES WITH ICE, POUR ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE SODA INTO A SHAKER, MIX WELL. POUR INTO VINTAGE TUMBLERS AND ADD A SPRAY OF SODA, FINISH WITH GARNISH
